I belive the photographer is Stormy Waters, these models appears often in his wetlook pics.

The blond girl is Kristin, her website is still alive: http://www.nextdoor-kristin.com/ I didn't join, so I have no idea about the contents. There is not that much to find for free on the internet. At least, I couldn't.

The brunette is Amy, her website used to be https://www.nextdoor-amy.com/ This site is not alive anymore. You can retrieve her old website via the Wayback machine, but a membership is (of course) not possible. The good news is, that you can find lots of free pictures just by searching her website name.

Some more info about Amy: she was born on 24 October 1984 in Missouri, has brown hair, and her bust size is 34C.
