I find lifting the cake off the plate gives you better "smash from behind" coverage.... but of course you don't get to reuse the cake that way.... So either/or.

Yup she was pretty excited coming in to do an "actually fun" shoot, and she was all-in for the two scenes we shot. We'll see if it wasn't *too much* mess for her though; it's a common refrain I hear at the exit interview
