Has anyone ever done anything with a commercial used fryer grease? The almost black residue that is left at the bottom of the fryer.

I have with the oil from my home fryer but not from the commercial kitchen, I used to clean commercial kitchens when i worked for Disney, the used grease and oil containers they had would get pretty ripe and when they pumped the grease traps that the kitchen drains emptied into the Oder was overwhelming

There is a video on YT where a guy climbs in a restaurant grease trap out in back where they pour all the old fryer oil.

I used to work at McDonalds back in high school and I still remember that smell from "Big Bertha" when they opened her up to clean.
