I was browsing around, and saw this pic on E-Bay with a title something like: "Sexy Woman Covered In Pie"!

Her head is down, but any of us "Great Race" fans would recognize Natalie Wood in her sexy corset, garters & stockings!

I've never seen this pic before! It's not the greatest, but it's another piece of the "Photo" puzzle of Great Race pics!

And ATM, it's $30.00 on E-Bay, if anyone's interested!

That's a great pic! I love that it's in color, and that Natalie is laughing (considering she hated being in the piefight).

Great find, Norman!
It is interesting that in the background you can see smaller pastries on the table, but you only ever see pies and that huge cake come into play. Oh yes, and Jack Lemmon throwing some kind of cream at some dude with a spoon at the end.

The color picture has been around for awhile. I havent seen the B&W one before. I bet its the makeup area. The Life magazine article in 1964 said that at the end of each day, the makeup artists took color photos of each actor, then the next morning carefully reapplied the appropriate pies. Those "cupcakes" might be the extra pie filling. Note the briefcase in the lower left, the man in the upper right who was not seen in the film and is clean.

To follow up on this, I did receive and frame the photo. I've uploaded a high res copy of it if anyone else wants to add it to their collection.
