Not sure what is happening with the built in video player on UMD, but it performs very badly on phones and when you try and use it on a laptop (a 2021 MacBook pro) its very difficult to see where you are in the video - or scrub through it.

Could I suggest that you guys switch to a more reliable video player, or better still, use the native one?

Ive had same issues it seams like its hit or miss depending on store, slow and or grainy. Im also on newer macbook.
