The original scene is from 2015 Japanese TV drama "A Restaurant with Many Problems" (https://mydramalist.com/12466-mondai-no-aru-restaurant), episode 4. The story is that Mitsuki Takahata comes to a small restaurant where Fumi Nikaido works, and starts subtly taunting her. After a while, Fumi snaps and smashes a cake she is just carrying in Mitsuki's face. The two then have a short, wild catfight.
In 2017, Chinese Tencent made a remake called "Solaso Bistro" with the exact same scene in episode 6. There, the caked woman was played by Mozhi Li (and the waitress by Jiao Junyan).
