Hey all, Trying to "fill in the holes" of the SS40s here.... This is 2006 into 2007, and this was Peak Toshia period, so a few of these volumes got a bit overlooked in the process. (Except for one which did NOT.)
In reverse order: SS46 was the final volume for Kathleen, who agreed to come back with *some* resistance.... And we carried that bratty attitude over into the skits. I love the first skit, not just cuz she made a great Top Hat girl, but also she really delivered the lines about "these poor defenseless girls!" with such conviction. Her angry "Retired!" after covered in pie is.... maybe not acting? Also she finally got a proper slime scene (5 of 'em!) and even told the audience off afterwards! I really loved this girl. From being a random hottie I met to one of the key early SS models, she always delivered.... Reluctantly. Wish I knew where she was so I could coax her out of retirement! (Again.)
SS44 was the first appearance of Liz.... who absolutely loved getting messy, and.... The customers didn't care. Not sure why? She came back with bigger boobs and less clothing and that Star Wars scene sold like gangbusters. (Was it just the Leia tie-in? Or the boobs?) Anyway, this is an underrated one and worth (re)discovering, especially if you like see-through wetlook.... Cuz the RAW of the Intros is now available for the first time to download!
SS43 was the second (and final) appearance of Britney.... who made a splash with SS13 but got a more muted response with this one. Maybe she wasn't crazy enough this time around? The Fear Factor skit was me trying to recreate the classic "Diphead" sequence from I Bet You Will (diehards know what I'm talking about).... Not sure I quite pulled it off? I forgot that one also has some jokes about how The Rock's movies bomb at the box office (!!) and how Joe Rogan will do almost anything to save his career (!!!). Just call me Nostradamas!
And finally.... SS42.... One-and-done Kara, who briefly appeared in FHM (again, diehards know) and was a good catch at the time. She would up driving down from D.C. with her sisters AND her friend Shannon (the redhead).... and cost me less than a local model charges for one scene now. (Ah, OnlyFans inflation!!) Anyway. Kara was a sarcastic spitfire who could play the bitchy girl really well... and she's also another where I wish I'd been able to film her 10 years later. Nonethless, this one was a huge seller in 2006: Not because of the scene where all her sisters gang up on her with pies (because I stupidly kept that one "secret" with no after pics).... but because of the bikinis. Yep, it seems quaint now, but this was the first time I stuck two cuties in two bikinis on two stools and just destroyed them. Shannon agreed to get the worst of it in this pseudo-inequality skit.... Before Kara gets it just as bad. And there's tit-for-tat, two green slimes, and a nice double slime (thanks to one sister).... Plus a lot of clowning around in the cleanup. And... That was enough. If you've been following me for decades, you already know the rest: This SS42 scene became the biggest single seller in SS history. (Not sure if it's still the champ, bit of a Thriller-vs-Eagles scenario there.) Is it the best scene I ever made? Hell no. BUT.... It's pretty good, especially for the time... And if it's the one people have seen the most, that's good enough.
Everything is remastered in the Vidown and UMD Stores, plus a lot of RAW footage in the RAW Store for the first time too. Buy it or stream it. Enjoy!
I can hardly express how glad I am that you're remastering your old scenes, Rich.
I used to buy a lot of them and, most of the time, with the purpose to have quick glimpse on them from time to time, looking for some pie hits and slime showers (and I still do it by the way).
But now, I want to watch them all, from the beginning to the end, by way of the outtakes. It makes me appreciate even more your models, your scripts and thus your work. I'm also planning to purchase the few scenes missing in my collectionl, coz I'm like a child that wants everything...
I really like Liz in Vol. 44 and I can't wait to see the Star Wars parody remastered. For some reason, your parodies particularly appeal to me (I'm a huge fan of the Saw and Pulp Fiction scenes).
Kathleen is also one of my models of choice, though my favorite part of her will remain Vol. 03 (she is absolutely gorgeous in this one, and the first pie she takes is pure legend ). But it's always a pleasure to see her in other scenes!

Did some one say bikinis?
Holy crap, where did you dig these up?? These might be the second oldest bikini photos I've seen on the UMD this week!
I totally forgot Shannon did a little modeling briefly.... Kara was all over the Net around 2004-8 I think. (There's definitely a couple shots of her bare breasts somewhere.... I believe another glamour model coming up told me that those photos were the reason she'd never be considered for Playboy. Crazy enough, back then Playboy was still a badge of honor and they wouldn't use models who'd been topless elsewhere.... )

Great, great work, as always!
Thanks for the kind words! The parodies were fun to do.... They definitely took a ton of work though. Of the ones you mentioned, SAW was the only one that was really conceived as a "Trojan horse" scene.... Basically, I was trying to make a short comedy clip that COULD play on YouTube or FunnyOrDie and get non-WAMmers interested in the stuff I was making. (This was back when YouTube would still let people see my clips.... as opposed to now where they intentionally bury them!) Anyway, it did the job!
The Pulp Fiction one was actually at the request of the model's husband, and while it was funny enough, most of that is the editing. I'm not sure the model did much in the way of acting there! (We'll get to that one soon enough.)
The Star Wars one was 100% me running into Liz at a charity event where she was manning a booth... in that outfit. So yes, the whole skit was written as an excuse to put Liz and her smokin' body into the Princess Leia costume. (Years later, I did the Star Wars sequel with Kylie... for the same reason.)
Almost forgot to add this! This trailer was "lurking" at the tail end of the SS46 Kathleen DVD.
If you wanna talk dated.... This is a parody of the TRAILER for the movie "300," which no one under 30 remembers anymore. But it's notable for "gifting" the world with the directorial "talent" of Zack Snyder and the acting "chops" of Gerard Butler. We wouldn't have a bunch of bad-to-terrible DC movies and a ton of awful straight-to-VOD action flicks without this trailer! *

You'll be proud to know this here 25 year old has seen 300 like 20 fucking times cos it was the only film my grandparents had recorded on their television. I imagine its shite now but the Stockholm syndrome of it being the only thing i could watch worked when I was 14. Probs the actual demographic of Snyder's films now I'd imagine.
* The nine inch nails song is legitimately great, so maybe don't worry about the rest.
I'm a bit out of the loop with the remasters. So the new never released raw footage is the 4 SS42 scenes in the Slapstickstuff raw bar section of your website? And the remastered versions of the already released ones are now in the Download Store sections?
And, also how much of a quality difference is there in the remasters? Sorry if I missed an explanation elsewhere

Basically, it's a "soft" remaster: Not doing AI upscaling or any drastic changes. It's basically just taking the uncompressed files from the original DVDs and re-rendering them with a higher bitrate and a better format so they look better. Maybe in another 10 years when AI can make this stuff look like HD, I might do it again??
And as I'm going through the DVDs, I'm doing the same thing for the existing RAW clips... or creating "new" RAW clips where they didn't exist as downloads before. Back in 2007, server space was at a premium and the RAW clips were large for the time, so I only did them for the better selling clips. Now there's infinite storage space so why not take every piece of footage and make it available to buy or stream? So yeah, most of the SS42 RAW clips are new to the download store. Once we hit SS50 or so, I think everything is already available and it'll just be remastered clips.

FWIW Rich, I redid a handful of our old home movies using just the presettings in CapCut and it made a WORLD of difference. Took only a few minutes because our videos are never longer than 30 minutes or so, but it's not labor intensive either way. Might be worth experimenting one of these days.
