Over the years we've sometimes done three-girl scenes, usually with all three in similar outfits, though not always. But wondering what people prefer?

As I see it there are three main options:

Option 1. Everyone very similarly dressed. So, say, all three in black businesswear, all three in white, all three in nurses uniforms, all three in PVC.

Option 2. Same overall style but significant variations within that, so if the style was sportswear, one in a tracksuit, one in leggings and top, one in sports shorts, or if it was workwear, one as a nurse, one in overalls, one in officewear.

Option 3. Complete variety from very different styles. Say one in dark businesswear, one in jeans and shirt, one in all-white, or one in a ballgown, one in sports shorts, one in a catsuit, and so on.

My instinct is that all in similar style will work best, options 1 and 2, and cetainly the reactions to the "three in black businesswear" scene from last Autumn and the "three in white" that we've just released, seem to bear that out, but thought would take a wider survey.

Planning some more three-girl shoots over the summer.

2nd pic: Option 2, varied within a sportswear theme, tracksuit, leggings, sports shorts.
3rd pic: Option 1, all very similar, in this case all in smart black businesswear.

That's an unreleased future scene from the queue, and yes, Friday's outfit certainly did stand out, brand new Under Armour shiny purple sports leggings over a blue Speedo swimsuit, with a light running jacket, while Honeysuckle is in all-Adidas, tracksuit separates and a t-shirt, and Maude is in black shiny sports shorts worn over a black two-stripe swimsuit, with a shiny Adidas Chile 62 tracksuit jacket.

And needless to say they didn't stay clean like that for long.

I particularly love the shiny sports shorts so for your poll, with it being 3 girls i would go for either 3 completely different outfits or the same style but with different variations.

I enjoy a bit of a story, to the scenes; so on most occassions, they would probably be at a meeting up of some sorts, so they probably would be clothed in similar attire. Saying that: a situation could arise, where some argument would start, and several people could become involved; so several outfits would be required. The outfits, depend, on the situations that arise, in the 'story' line.

For me it's either all similar dressed or slightly different in style. So if going formal office for example, 1 in a skirt suit, 1 in a trouser suit then maybe 1 in a dress but still fitting the office style criteria.

There's definitely lots of variations, for me an ideal scene too would be maybe even a wedding style shoot, so 1 as the bride, 1 a bridesmaid and 1 either as a guest, mother of the bride or that perhaps.

Could run a little bit of a story to that 1 to try have a bit more fun or to be different I suppose for why they are dressed for a wedding.

3 girls, all in sundresses (one short, one maybe midi-length, one maxi length.

Theme is bridal shower. Girl in maxi dress has to cover her dress in substances till it's white from head to toe. If either of the girls covering her get something on them-and sabotage is allowed here, so they'll definitely be accidentally flicking stuff- into the gunge tank they go.

I wish there was a 4th choice of depends on the scene.

If the scene was say cheerleader, sports team or ballerina type then all the same. If the scene was say teacher school girl then 2 the same teacher different. If the scene was office then they should be similar but different. Same goes for gym scene or yoga class. Then there's dance party when all should be vastly different.

I loved the office scene, and I think focusing on one niche at a time is my preference. Some variety between the models is good, so you can try and appeal to slight differences in preference.

Equally I do confess that the Bavarian Wench outfit is spectacular - I love that Any scene with that in it, particularly twinned with the black tights, would definitely appeal to me

Fair enough! 3 in shorts definitely is tempting, in fact possibly two scenes, one with everyone in blue shorts and white t-shirts, and then another with everyone in different colours.

Something to think about for the Autumn, once Mud Season is over, possibly.


Yay for stories! Pretty much every, single scene we do has some form of storyline, from just the basic "Everyone at Saturation Hall, from the lady of the manor to the serving wenches, is into getting wet and messy at every possible opportunity" to some more elaborate ideas and concepts in specific scenes. So outfit choices do often come from a storyline plan for a scene.

We're currently planning one where Miss Abigail will be getting disciplined for unuthorised naked cavorting in the dungeon, and making free with Ladu Jasmine's pink custard supply.


Good points! Definitely agree about the office style, that allows for so much variation while still following the "office smart" overall theme. It's something we've touched on from time to time, and are now doing semi-regularly in shoots. I've been making a point of picking up some pencil skirts for office outfits too, for a long time I tended to only buy A-line, which are more "uniform", but I've come to appreciate a wider range of styles nowadays, and give the girls a fair bit of leeway in what they chose for scenes. It adds to the vibe when someone picks something they really personally like, all the while knowing they are going to get drenched in mess in it.


Interesting idea! Lots of people have done wedding shoots including us - but I don't think I've seen "change a coloured dress to white" before. It's shame Devon Dream has gone out of production - it vanished during the Great Pestilence - as that was white and very pourable and would have been ideal for this. We once had Friday and Fidelity drench each other in it while wearing a black pinstripe business suit (Friday) and a black tracksuit (Fidelity), they both ended up looking like their clothes had been painted white.

The problem with too many options is it tends to dilute the results so the poll outcome isn't that clear. But I do hear what you're saying and pretty much agree. But for this poll, I guess the question is "would you prefer an all-the-same scene or a variations-on-a-theme one, and vote accordingly.


It's been interetsing to watch the results of this poll, I think at different times all three options have been in the lead. There does seem to be a consensus now around "all same" or "variations on theme", as evidenced by the comments as well as results.

Glad you like the wench outfit, Felicity looked awesome in it! We also have some floor length, black satin-finish dirndl dresses which have been used in a couple of scenes but aren't live yet - there's one queued in Imperatrix Domina for future relase and another in the Saturation Hall stockpile. We've not done any more with that short one though, definitely something to consider for the future.

I think the crucial point is variety-within-identity, i.e., all the girls are wearing white T-shirt and shorts, but the shorts are in different colours

Or all the girls are in stockings and suspenders, but in different colours (say, white, black, red)

And there is a crucial related point: the sploshing or Wamming must be commensurate across the group, so that the same numbers of pies are thrown at each girl -- again, possibly different sorts of pie or the same ones but thrown in a different order; or the same number of humiliations, say, substances poured into knickers, but possibly different substances.

Anyway: just my thoughts on a thought-provoking thread.

Part of the reason for putting this poll up was that we'd three-girl shoots booked for Saturday, in the event, we did pretty much go with "variations on a theme" for all three of them, though the first saw Lucia and Charity dressed idetically while Miss Abigail was in gleaming (but not for long) white. See the other attached pics for a clean shot of each set of outfits.


Absolutely agree on the equality of sploshing, while, after chatting to the Rev the other week, we are looking into the possibility of doing a "one stays clean" type scene eventually as a special, "everyone gets totally messy" will always be our mainline style.

One of the scenes we shot on Saturtday saw Charity and Lucia, identically dressed in green disco pants, carrying out a judgement on Miss Abigail, all in white, after the household discovered she'd been both making merry with Lady Jasmine's private pink custard supply, *and* cavorting naked - no clothes! - in the dungeon. So this called for a scene where the other two gunge Miss Abigail while she's not able to do anything back, but all three have to get equally messy. So for each turn, one judge does something to the other, who the does something to the prisoner, before doing something back to the other judge, who then also does something to the prisoner, and so on. Needless to say, they all got very, very messy!

Interesting idea! Not really our usual scene though could possibly be done for Imperatrix Domina, as we do have people who like being naked. Though the next less-clothed things we're planning are some topless scenes. Will give it some thought, definitely would be different!

Just spotting this topic right now. Similar style works the best, or identical with the other lady/ladies but other colour combination. All those pics look realy wonderfull sir DM1, I'm first in line to download them!!

That is largely what we ended up going for, the most variety was the final one where Charity was sporty, in a brand new blue Adidas tracksuit, Miss Abigail was mid-way from sporty to sexy in blue disco pants, and Lucia was full sexy in PVC. Was definitely fun to play with different ideas and outfit combinations, but broadly similar does seem to work well.

Glad you like them, they'll all gradually filter into the releases over time. Enjoy!

The poll results also finally came down with "same style but variations" as the winning option, but all three options got a decent amount of support, final breakdown being 41 / 45 / 34 across the three options.
