Well here it is- Eden's second scene that I've been talking about- and let me say this: it's the the best slime-first scene that I've produced! If you were accustomed to Eden's adorable performance in "Pie Training Workshop", you'll be shocked and amazed by how well she does the 'snooty bitch' character here (that's what good actors do!), and her acting/reactions are exactly what put this scene over the top! So Eden's back as a spokesperson for the lifestyle brand Goop (an actual brand that Gwyneth Paltrow created). While Eden wants to talk about the wonderfully pretentious products Goop has to offer, we actually have a surprise product demonstration for her (you can see where this is going, yes?). When Eden says "Give Me The Goop" that's when the chunky purple slime starts to splurge, followed shortly after with the lime green version A lot of attention went into making the colors uniquely amazing along with the background...but for me, that's par for the course It all just really, really pops...
Right before we starting shooting, I quickly showed Eden a slime clip from that failed move on YT called "The Slapstick Killers"...you know the one with the exaggeratedly horrified and girly reactions to the slime? I told Eden "do that" and that's the inspiration for what you'll see here. The best move I could've made was showing her that. If you like your girls completed disgusted and humiliated in loads of slime, think you're gonna like this scene!
So after the purple and lime 'goopings', Eden takes a 5 pie mini barrage (new pie recipe again...30% more splatter). This was followed by a short but potent shaving cream slime topping which turned Eden into the Stay Puft Marshmallow Woman! You'd think she had enough mess at that point, but there's one left bucket of velvet red slop (recycled and recolored from the first shoot, i.e. extra gross) left in store! Yup the Goop Girl really had it coming to her!

I was hoping someone would catch it, but the whole Goop spokesperson idea was inspired by a SNL sketch from last fall. It was a Weekend Update spot with this bit where a valley girl spokesperson (played by another hot blonde, Heidi Gardner) froze under the pressure of Gwyneth Paltrow watching. So this spokeswoman just completely bombs with her product pitch, she's completely humiliated, and she even says a line rhyming goop with the dreadful word ("I'm gonna -oop my pants") that your brain saw!
