Here's our last promo post for 2018, before the frenzy of a wild New Year's Eve at the Hall commences - this was a custom scene where we were requested to include lots of paper-bowl pies and lots and lots of mixed mess - and it has to be said this was an absolute pleasure to shoot and for the girls to do, they had an absolute blast utterly destroying each other!

An Exchange Of Mess
"Lily and Honeysuckle in tit-for-tat mess and pies"
Oh dear. Lily's been caught messing about on the estate again, and Honeysuckle, in her smart evening uniform outfit, needs to give her a talking to. Except that Lily completely ignores her and plays with the priceless blue Jasperware custard tureen instead! Honeysuckle is annoyed by Lily's insolence and pokes her. Lily responds by flicking a spoonful of creamy custard over Honeysuckle's blouse. Shock! The insolence!
And from there, it steadily escalates as a tit for tat mess spectacular, as each girl tries to regain her composure before exacting revenge on the other. Initially, they mess up each others' outfits, with clothes filling and tray sitting. But very soon, it's custard pie in the face time for both of them!
Using paper bowls variously filled with custard, squirty cream, and occasionally even rice pudding, they repeatedly splat each other in the face, over their hair, and pie sandwiches. Honeysuckle also has slices of gateaux mashed into her lovely long black hair, and as well as many pies, they also have two full buckets of transparent clear gunge, some of which gets used in pieings and the rest of which they pour over each other.
This was a custom scene for a customer who really likes our hair gungings - almost all of our scenes have the girls shampooing mess into their hair, which is probably something we should promote more - and the customer specified that after messing each other's clothes up in the intro, the main part of the scene should involve lots of pies in the face, and smeared up onto their heads and into their hair. They also specified that one of the girls should receive a surprise extra pie in the face after she'd been hosed down, which we did (and the girls were happy to do). Watch the videos to see who got some extra pie!
Technical: The videos for this scene have full original sound throughout. The video was tripod-shot for rock steady picture, the viewpoint was chosen so the girls' heads are still in shot when they stand up, and you can see every detail as they mess and pie each other. At the customer's request the accompanying photoset was shot using a telephoto lens to give a much closer up set of photos than we normally do, this proved to be an effective technique and we may well repeat it for our own future dungeon shoots.

Lily and Honeysuckle are great performers and allowing them to emote without any dialogue made for a creative slapstick interpretation--the words weren't missed! But honestly, the best part of the video was the fact that you could see the whole thing. No extreme closeups on clothing. You showed the models getting messy, not their clothes or hair. So kudos to whomever commissioned the custom for that. One of my favorites of 2018!

To be honest that's how we try and film all of our scenes, I hate it when a camera zooms in on a model's face at the start of a scene and from my point of view, cuts out all the money shots of the mess going over the clean rest of her - so I always try and film things so you can see everything. We may come in for closer shots when someone is say first having their trousers filled, to really bring out the detail, but overall I far prefer "whole person" shots on video and will always try and make that the main feature of any scene I do.Glad to know the slapstick elements come over well too! That can be the hardest bit to judge in one of these scenes. So thanks for that comment, appreciated!
Of course the still photos of this one are much more close-ups, by the customer's request, so you really do get the best of both worlds if you buy the download - you get 44 minutes of Full-HD full-scene video *and* 900 very high resolution close-up stills. Below are a few of the promo stills, reduced to 800x500, the originals are 3216 x 2136.

Must admit we are quite proud of it. Customs are always scary, if we mess up (pardon the pun) one of our own scenes we can just go with it but if a scene is a custom and someone gets something seriously wrong we would basically have to reshoot it, so we do tend to put a lot of care into making sure all the details are right. This one was an absolute joy to do, both girls really threw themselves into it and the looks they both pulled off as they each got steadily more destroyed by the other were absolutely magical! The result is 44 minutes of video and over 900 high res photos - with the messy section being over half an hour, plus eleven minutes of fully clothed hosedown.
