This little gem was made a while ago. Cleo stands in the shower with 2 balloons filled with (for her) an unknown messy substance. She shakes the first ballon a bit, trying to figure out what's in it and then pops it above her head. With a loud 'pop' she gets covered in custard.
Cleo then holds the second balloon between her big beautiful boobs and makes that one pop too. The result is a custard covered and very happy Cleo.
