The Sinking Sands "Leila Hazlett gets tricked into sinking in quicksand"
Leila Hazlett is searching in the woods for the spot her friend told her to meet him. When she walks into a clearing she comes across a pit of quicksand. She walks into the sand and the camera gets shots of her bare feet as she unknowingly enters the pit. Her legs start to sink but before she has time to realize what is happening she slides in further up to her chest. She calls out to her friend who is hiding off screen, watching her sink to her doom. She struggles to get out but ends up going under. Two cameras capture her submergence so the submergence is shown twice. There is a brief shot at the end of Leila emerging from the quicksand
