For the next two weeks, we will not be publishing any new content on our YouTube channel.
This is NOT a voluntary break.
We have received another warning from YouTube, once again without any meaningful opportunity to obtain a properly reasoned review of the decision.
Our appeal was rejected, but instead of explaining what specifically was considered a violation and why, the response simply repeated that the content violated the same policy. No case-specific reasoning was provided and no effective way to clarify or resolve the decision was offered.
As a result, we currently consider the stability of our YouTube channel to be at serious risk.
Under these circumstances, we are once again forced to review whether it is sustainable for us to continue providing members-only content through YouTube in the future.
What makes this situation even more unacceptable to us is that, because of the current restriction, YouTube does not even provide us with a practical way to communicate this situation directly to our own YouTube members through our channel.
We believe that if a platform restricts a creator, provides no meaningful explanation or effective remedy, and at the same time prevents the creator from properly informing their own paying members about the consequences, then something is seriously wrong with that relationship.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, YouTube is not a friendly environment for the wetlook community, and this approach genuinely disappoints us.
It is particularly difficult to accept when YouTube also takes the largest share of the membership fees paid by our supporters, while at the same time being the platform where we currently have the least confidence in the long-term stability of our channel and membership service.
For this reason, no new content will be published on YouTube for the next two weeks while we reassess whether continuing our YouTube membership activity is sustainable at all.
If you would like to continue following Girls in Wet Clothes and make sure you do not lose access to our new content, we strongly recommend following us on Patreon and OnlyWAM, where publication will continue as usual:
