Due to lucky boxes Kirogum drew the vote box so has to enter a 3 day vote against another player where the person with the most votes gets 3 buckets of gunge and 4 pies and picked me. Now it's only fair that as it was Kirogum's box and not mine that we get lots and lots of votes for Kirogum to keep me safe. So get voting now.

I think you may be a bit biased in this situation . I'd say it's a consequence from a game and you can't just have no winner/loser and that you both get the mess.
But if you want a more rules lawyer look. This post states "the person with the most votes gets 3 buckets of gunge and 4 pies." You both objectively have the most votes. It doesn't say the winner of the poll. I still say you both get it

Ahhh, a rules lawyer. I love it. You are correct, the rules do say that. However, note that they also say "the person", singular. Which means that multiple 'winners' are outside the scope of this particular forfeit.
