Instead of the classic kiss-marry-pie game, the 2026 Love Island Sweden (Love Island Sverige) had a similar game where the coupled go together, and after completing some mild challenges each of them can pie another person from the other couples.
In the end, all 4 women (Elin Kihl, Malak Alqarawi, Nicole Tara, Filiz Yagci) and 3 men (Charlie Wagberg, Stoffe Gustavsson, Sky Thornqvist) got pied.
