I was thinking how good it would be to hold a regular "munch" style (non-Wam) meet for fellow WAMsters in Kent to meet up, chat and share experiences and make new friends over some drinks.
Perhaps a "Spoons" would be a suitable venue but open to ideas and maybe monthly or quarterly maybe on a quieter Monday/weekday evening? Depending on interest we could rotate between Medway and Canterbury to allow people across the county to join.

Ok. One Rochester, one Kent, I'm Chatham, Bea is Rainham. Pick a town and let's have a moan about UMD over a beer. Bea, you'll know safe bars for cross gendered, any suggestions? Otherwise I'd say Rochester as close to a station.

Wow, our county has awoken from it's post-Christmas slumber. Good to see a few of us are interested in meeting up. We also have a guy from Gravesend and I'm Dartford way. Rochester is a great shout and we can alternate with the other side of the Medway if this becomes a regular thing.

The Golden Lion could be an option? (or the spoons in Chatham) but open to other suggestions that are inclusive to all.

Then we need to think about a date. I was thinking a Monday evening as it shouldn't be too busy but again open to everyone's feedback.

The Golden Lion is great for me, 10 min walk haha and yes a Monday evening should be quiet and they also have cheap beer on a Monday

Apologies, hadn't seen the thread develop and missed this. Will try and get along to the next one. Just as a suggestion, if you send direct messages to anyone that has shown interest with reminders it might gain traction. I know Mike does this for the Bristol Splunch and I did when I ran the London / Birmingham ones.
