I am not able to find a video of this scene anywhere and I was only able to find screenshots. It's from a Filipino telenovela that's a remake of a 1995 telenovela that was in spanish. It's called Maria la del Barrio and it started in 2011. It's Episode 20 of season 1

Looks like some scenes on YT, searched "Maria la del Barrio". You may need to do some translating to narrow it down.
