Sooo...... its time for me to take a vacation... camping in Tennessee... I'm heading to the mountains where its supposed to rain a lot.... so there will be mud.... and I will have my camera.... so with any luck I will at least return in May with some of my first muddy pics..... just sharing because I'm really excited and hope I get some good shots to share!!!
If anyone has suggestions on what to shoot... post away!! I have 6 hours left of connectivity before I am in the wild without electricity for 2 weeks.
Years ago a number of us from various states met up in a camp not far from Knoxville that promised to have a nice muddy area for us to play in. Got there and discovered that the area was a negligible puddle in the middle of the camp entrance, way too public. We had some fun indoors with gunge, but sorry to say no mud play. Good luck on the hunt, though!
Can't wait to see them! Try and find a creek or pond and look for good mud along the banks...though if it rains a lot, these areas actually may end up being less muddy due to the mud being underwater (in which case there will be plenty of mud on trails, etc.).
