One of the old Panicats episodes, I believe. Hot Latin girls doing stupid stuff = Gold, although this was one of the rare times they got messy. Actually, 6 different girls all got white slimed in this clip. Awesome scene, marred by the fact that I've never once seen a hi-quality version anywhere. (I think low-grade 480p is the best one.)
The 2nd one (white gunging) is reportedly from a "Prova do Torce e Retorce" segment of the Brazilian show "Panico na TV" (the original one from 2003-2012), where 6 panicats (hot female assistants) were doused with white paint.

Well DAYUM. I had given up hope of being able to download this. I'm a big abs guy so I was hoping 1) that WAS a yellow bikini after all and 2) there were wide angles available on it. Success!
