Poll reminded me of something I read.
Story line is one or two elegantly dressed ladies put ashore on a skiff operated by a female crew member on the pretext of attending a shoreside party.
The tide is going out and the launch gets stuck on the tidal mud.
The crew member goes in or gets pushed overboard by the debutants to pull the skiff ashore, but every one eventually gets in the mire,...
????
