So, it's over to you for my utter trashing on Skype (or in person if you can get to Leeds) this Thursday.

I have the house free and quite fancy taking a nice warm shower...in porridge.

If I have them, you can choose the clothes I wear.

Obviously, it would be great if you were to get messy too...though that isn't compulsory.
