Okay, so I've lived in Pennsylvania all my life. But I'm considering moving to another state for various reasons which I don't have time to list here. But I'm wondering which states have alot of mud. I've been wanting to try getting muddy for some time and it's become clear to me that Pennsylvania isn't the best state for that.

Washington and Oregon have a *lot* of good mud, due to their damp climate and huge forests.
