Thanks for everyone's kind comments for my recent Splosh comic adaptations.

I'm glad that you enjoy them and they bring back memories.

I was chatting with RevSlymsford, who really loves my photo stories, and he said that I should show the magazines I did for him.

So I bring you the first two issues of The Slymsford Times.
This is a magazine I did for Rev Slymsford to try and capture the Splosh magazine feel.

I have to point out that every part of the magazines, including the adverts and the puzzles (it hard work creating puzzles. In fact it quite puzzling), was created by me and my sometimes bizarre sense of humour (check out the small print on the adverts).

In the 2nd issue is also a photo story of Bri (BsMessyBakery) and Lottie LaLay, which was a custom/script I wrote, and it was executed perfectly by Bri and Lottie (thanks both xx )

The closest thing we've had to the original Splosh! magazine since the death of Bill Shipton ... and with just the same sense of humour too.

Love the spoof ads - instantly recognisable.

Quite simply brilliant! The amount of time this must have taken is staggering.
The biggest compliment I can pay is that I'm sure Bill S (RIP) would have been thrilled!
