The Pie Zone is a gameshow where, for every wrong answer, the contestant gets a pie to the face! Oh yeah, did I mention the game's loaded with absurdly hard and unanswerable questions?

Episode 1 features cute, 21-year-old NYC girl, Caroline. She starts out confidant, only to soon learn there's no way of avoiding getting super messy! She gets hit with 15 big shaving cream pies (white + colored) and tops it off with a super-gross green sliming! Her reactions are to die for throughout and reach an amazing boiling point when the chunky green slime starts to fall.

The download includes one 14 minute edited episode PLUS an additional 20 minutes of outtakes. So, lots of goodies here for you

Just a quick question about your store, there's an option on there to increase the quantity, if you buy multiple quantities do you get anything extra? I'm just a bit worried of people accidentally clicking on it and getting charged more than they thought they would

Yesssss! You need a good amount of food coloring (almost a full 0.25 fl oz vial) to turn a white pie into vivid color. That was a lot of fun. The little details, like the bumpers etc, really do add some game-show-gravitas. And the outtake footage is a nice bonus. Well done.

Gravitas...I like that. I guess that's my general approach to art, to take the silly things and really take them seriously. When I was editing the episode, it was so awesome to see how real it all became by adding all the graphics and sound effects. Amazing what DIY video production can do these days. Hope you check out what I do next!

Hahahaha...I actually thought to myself recently, if I wanted to I bet I could build a real, functioning Pie Pod and show it in the NYC gallery scene. Everyone would be going and getting pied at the opening- it would be an interactive art masterpiece! Could totally happen in some future reality

Thanks, no I don't think there was a problem. She was in the shower within 30 minutes, so it came off. The wall, on the other hand, was left with a faint stain (and needs some touch up painting), but that's partially because I let it sit overnight.

Well, you've done it - after almost a decade lurking on here I'm finally posting. Awesome work! I'm one of the 90s kids who wound up into WAM as a result. The gameshow visuals and sound effects definitely add immensely. Two thoughts I had as far as feedback goes:

-I recognize that this is a matter of personal preference, but I've always been into scenes where the model acts more upbeat than flustered. I think this works in the gameshow setting too. You know - giggling, nervous but excited at what's about to happen just before the pies start coming, etc... I hope you'll have a few scenes like that.

-Kind of on this point, but also emulating shows like WWYD, have you considered doing the "game" part in a different location and having the model "sent" to the Pie Zone? Ok, that's definitely harder to film, but it could be fun. I could see there being some fun reactions along the lines of "I've really done it now - I'm going to the Pie Zone!"

Turned out to be a seriously great scene! I was pretty suprised how much it actually felt like watching a gameshow, or at least a professional spoof of one. The pies were made incredible well too!

Also my personal taste, but I totally agree with xman. Would be cool to have playful personality on the "show" at somepoint. Also, on WWYD I loved watching the contestant have to walk over and sit anxiously in the pie pod after they lost , fully knowing what was coming. Would be cool to see something like that, although I'm sure that would be a bunch more work.

I hear ya both, and I'm way ahead of you! The frustrated contestant seemed like the obvious card to play in Episode 1, especially with how absurd the questions were. The show's already evolving though, and you'll be seeing different takes in the future.

The same goes for showing new and expanded environments down the road with the use of green screen. I did some cool projects a while back like this, so I'm already seeing I can shoot some far out scenarios in "The Pie Zone Universe".

I am a big fan of big boobed models (especially when they accidentally got bare breast)...
