First off thank you for the kind words and messages.

So following some feedback I had a play with ratios etc to make a more splatable pie.

Mixtures worked out out well.

I did learn however pies do not defy physics! If you fill a pie tin with a mixture and add a thicker mixture it won't sit on top it will sink . This may then force the lighter mixture to spill over the sides.
