Better late than never. I finally got my ass in gear and churned out the last few CM clips. In a somewhat ironic twist, the last pie of CM is one of its best (if you're into hair pies) and is delivered by Curly!
I really wish I could have been the one editing the episodes. I could've actually made them into something decent. I guess you have to imagine that the editors of the show probably understood the drivel that it is and cared about as much about making it any good. C'est la vie.
Note - The first clip (final pie) has 2 versions, one with low-res aftermath (curse the editors for being incompetent!) and one without. I'm still uncertain as to which I prefer, so they're both here.
Is the show officially canceled? I figured as much but wasn't sure if December was simply a hiatus before they came back, with a sad part of me hopeful they'd return to form (see Lucy & Charlie Brown).
According to my interpretation of several articles:
A big name guy from a more successful television network will likely be taking a job with RedeTV! beginning in mid to late February.
He will be in charge of five hours of Sunday programming. His five hour block will likely run through (at least part of) CM's time slot.
At this point it's unknown if CM will be dropped, cancelled, moved to a different day/time or sent to Gitmo to be tortured.
A week or so ago CM wrote on social media that they plan to launch season #2 of their model contest/reality show. They made no mention of the balloon/pie game.
I assume they'll produce a few new episodes for January/February until the axe comes down on them. However, that's just a guess. They could continue to broadcast reruns.
I can't see how this directionless shitshow continues unless money is passed under the table or several of the models agree to sleep with the new boss.
