Someone mentioned this on a previous post so I thought I'd ask. Is there anyone here who remembers the Gunge Club when MSN groups was still around? I remember a massive group full of messy members and loads of messy photos and the owner ran monthly "Head 2 Head" competitions to see who would get an almighty splattering either from him or from someone else. I met a few wammers there, one or two of whom I still speak to, and I remember having a crack at the Head to head myself and winning, but I kinda bottled out of "receiving my prize" because I was too nervous But I still loved the pics and stuff. Was anyone else here a member? What were your memories of it ?
It was the first group I was a member of. I also took part in the Head 2 Head feature and won. It was the first time I was ever gunged by someone else and it was amazingly messy.
I share the same sentiment in that it was one of the main sites that helped me clarify that I was into gunge and found it to be a turn on... I remember the pics of a younger guy with dark spike hair who got trashed with thick purple slime, it was evidently inspirational haha
First gunge group I was in, and the site via which I organised my first messy meet. It was also how, in 2006, I came to realise gunge was a fetish and that others were into it.

I have a vague memory of the Male gunge website, but I remember it being quite barren and don't think it ever got updated. Also have memories of many different yahoo groups too. I was moderator of a couple of them but they all git overwhelmed by porn links. Wonder if yahoo groups are still going??
The Gunge Club has a lot to answer for and I'm so thankful. It used to have the little albums of images. One of the albums was of the Lee Ryan gunging on Live and Kicking. There was a photo of him covered back stage after which I used to love seeing. Does anyone remember this/have it saved to share?

The albums were really good, especially because it was still the days of dial up internet!!!! Some of the 30s vids would take half an hour to download back then!!!
I loved that picture of Lee. He was wearing a white dressing gown and smiling to the camera with his thumbs up. Would have been taken on route to the shower. From the photo he had scrapped the green gunk out his hair but he still looked messy.
Think it was originally on the Live and Kicking website and was put on as backstage highlights.
