I'm sure there's many guys (and girls) who have always wanted to see Taylor get messy. Her latest music video, is although not all that messy, still hot to see her face covered in cake.

As far as wishing to see a celebrity messy goes, I struggle to think of better than Emma Watson. Alicia Vikander pushes her somewhat close though.
I've also always liked Maria Sharapova. I think MessyGirl's Vika has a resemblance to her which I very much enjoy. It's almost definitely the closest I'll get to seeing Maria messy anyhow!
More currently, Kiernan Shipka and the ladies of the TV show Riverdale would be awesome.

The best / closest thing you'll get to TSwift wamming are the Scarlette scenes with Slapstick Stuff. That said.... they ain't half bad in their own right either!
If this were the '70s & '80s in Hollywood it would acceptable for female celebrities in music, movies or television to get messy. Now it would probably put there careers in jeopardy. I like to see Carrie Underwood get messy myself.

I don't know how she always managed to avoid the slime, knowing how many times she attended the Kid's Choice Awards and either performed or won a blimp. She must just not be a fan of getting slimed.

There are photos (maybe a video?) of Gal Gadot receiving a lifecast, and that process is pretty messy.

Emma Watson got slimed but she was a minor at the time so that adds that wrinkle to the whole show.
Anne Hathaway got slimed on (I think?) SNL awhile back. That transparent-ish UK style gunge straight to the face. Not great lighting or setup...there's like a gray tinge to the whole thing because I think there was a zombie storyline or something in the clip?...but still, your wish may have already been fulfilled.
