So the heavily discussed Tacoma FD scene with a foam extinguisher is finally here. It's in S3 E9 ("Wedding Crashers"), where Jessica Lowe gets accidentally sprayed with foam.
The scene is quite short and there is no aftermath.
It's quick but there's aftermath, the character is named Delilah and she was called in to cover the main girl Lucy but she needs to get to her sisters wedding. She spent 2 hours on her makeup before getting sprayed and complained about having to redo it and clean up.

Yeah, but that's part of the (main) scene. After the foam extinguisher part ends, i.e. after Delilah/Jessica Lowe leaves the garage to get herself cleaned up, there isn't any another scene in which she would be still messy. In her next appearance after the foam she is clean again.
