I occasionally (that is to say, entirely too frequently) find discarded clothing at the location I use. True, it could easily be washed in by the tide from some place entirely innocent elsewhere, but overall I have the feeling that this isn't the case.
Yeah, totally puts the location at risk: mudders are borderline tolerated perhaps maybe here (I try to be discreet, and don't visit at times I know that lots of dog walkers or families with kids are likely to be about) but I suspect that littering could easily be the thing which pushes someone to complain.
