"Superb Chega Mais last night"

Barb did take two great pies, but I wish she didn't have SOOO much control over the producers and the editing of the show. Clearly she was pissed about that second pie. Even before the plate was pulled away, the camera cut to an extreme wide view. And zero aftermath.
Just from how she looked minutes later, you could tell it was an amazing hit... But we'll never see it.
It's just a shame as the show has no problem focusing on others getting well-pied. Barb's opponent, for instance, is either the stupidest man in Brazil or the victim of her BTS string-pulling (or both)... But he got destroyed with THREE pies courtesy of Barb, and the camera made sure to linger on every one. For that matter, the best hit of the night (that we could see) was given to Paloma... Great hit, great reaction, great aftermath. I wish more of them had been like that.
There were some other very solid hits: Dark skinned girl got two nice ones with aftermath, Recurring Blonde got two but the editing department again made sure to show no aftermath, and Dani took a big pie early and an OK one late. But I can't call a show "superb" when it goes three full rounds and four (!!) women are still 100% clean at the end. (By contrast, a few weeks ago the show managed to pie or slime every single female... with the shortest show in months!!)
Anyway... It was still very good. And no twins is always a blessing. (Although Curly is very close to being as annoying as either now... And he took his minimum 3 pies a show of course.) But it didn't come close to superb. Potential was definitely there: If the guys don't miss twice as many questions as the girls, and the editing doesn't fail us on the Barb pies, it's one for the ages. As is, another "pretty good, but could've been WAY better" week.

Barbara was nearly crying before the second pie. She apparently hates being selected for the "revenge pie". The prior week Julia volunteered to take Barbara's "revenge pie" after Barbara offered up some excuse. Nobody responded to my call for a translation so I don't know what the excuse was.
My guess is that the quick edit after Barbara's second pie was because she blew a fuse and launched into a temper tantrum. The guy really smothered her with the pie, covered her completely and in the process nearly pulled her off the stool. Barbara looked as though she was ready to explode before the pie. I'm near certain she exploded after the pie. That most likely explains the edit.
Barbara has gotten destroyed on Instagram and Facebook the last two weeks. The number of angry comments must be up 10x.
Some have suggested that Barbara is playing a role. An angry Diva. Barbara would have to be Meryl Streep to be faking the bouts of near-crying and explosions of anger.
