Looking to get my mess on more frequently - any suggestions for what I should cover myself in next time around?

Molasses
Condensed milk
Clear karo syrup

If someone wanted to construct a tank to hold mud for satisfying that sinking feeling, what clay product would best to use? I don't want to use something i dug up from the yard but a product that can be purchased and mixed.
