Whipped cream, when applied to skin. It melts, it smells, and it doesn't get sticky in a good way. Either go with shaving cream for texture or some kind of batter/custard for taste. Reddi-whip is just half-assing it as far as I'm concerned.
Rusty nails do not work very well, the coverage is not very good and they have an annoying way of sticking into the models sometimes... which they complain about.
Also, avoid products that contain hydrochloric acid... yes, it's easy to clean up after but, trust me, there are some pretty unwanted side effects and even more complaints from the models (that or I just found a really mouthy bunch of whiners or something).
Another good tip, don't use anything that has been heated up beyond or around it's boiling point. Wow. Found that out the hard way. Don't ask.
Beyond that, I did find that pies tend to work far better than bricks in most ways so if you're stuck wondering between the two, I definitely recommend going with the pies and not the bricks. The low cost and re-usability factor of the bricks might seem enticing but in the long run they just don't work nearly as good.

Very good advice! While many of us here might agree that an attractive woman becomes even more attractive with a pie in her face, the same cannot be said of a brick! If anything, it's the opposite effect. Young UMDers, if you learn just one thing from us oldsters, learn the difference between pies and bricks!
