Sorry for the akward phrasing, but there is one youtube member who has been posting full messiejessie clips online for a while now, and I'm surprised they're able to get away with it. Is there some thing I can do that would get it taken down?
If it's the same person I'm thinking of, I know Jessie has asked them to take the videos down, looks like they haven't done it though, it's not very respectful of them!
I know who you are referring to. The user is putting more and more of Jessie's videos. This wrong. Jessie has put her heart and soul in making and producing videos to support her family. This is jessie's living were talking about. I have put a complaint in about being copyright material but nothing has happened. I suggest we all get behind messy jessie and suppertime her in the best way possible and buy some of her videos.
I would private message Jessie and give her the information so she can contact youtube about it. I doubt there is anything you can do personally, besides that.

I did tell her, and she told me a few others had messaged her as well. And yes it's Joyce some thing or other is the person.

I am aware that Joyce Cuntbag has put 19 of my videos on his/her Youtube channel. I spent a good few hours reporting each one. They are copyrighted and what that person is doing is out of order. I asked her/him several times to remove them but I had no response so I reported it.
I hope they are removed and the person banned. I haven't heard anything from Youtube yet though... In fact she/he has put even more on. This person will destroy me and I will have to quit. Simple as. Whoever this dick is needs to fuck off.
I know some of the damage is already done Jessie but you should probably refrain from mentioning the username of this person as anybody that didn't know you're material was floating around for free now has very easy access to it.
Jessie: it seems that you have done everything correctly as far as taking down copyrighted material. In my experience, a strongly worded demand to the poster (with a threat of a 'cease and desist' order) and a follow up to Youtube stating that you have all model image releases/image ownership contracts in your possession (and cant provide them with copies if need be [best to scan these and have them ready]) tends to work well. Although, the people I've had to deal with were generally decent enough folks; your illegal poster sounds like more of a challenge. Stay on top of it (especially the Youtube admin end of things).
Much as I despise YouTube's seemingly random enforcement policy--like one user who was able to flag and remove 20 of my clips at once for "inappropriate content"--they've actually gotten much better lately with copyright.
If you fill out their form, and make sure you include a link to YOUR website with YOUR copyrighted work that matches the stolen content.... Then I've had videos pulled within 24 hours.
That said, if someone's just posting short excerpts or making montages, I'll just send them a note and ask them to include the website, and they always comply. Those clips are more like free advertising. But complete scenes? That's a big no-no.
They have now posted about 30 full length films of mine. I included my site info that matches the Youtube url etc but they are still there currently.
It is actaully causing me to have a bit of a melt down. Everyday she is posting more and more of my films. Sales are down, people are cancelling. Honestly I am about to give up because I have been through to much already the last couple of years to keep putting on a brave face.
I have messaged her on Facebook to try to get her to understand that her actions are deplorable. I just hope she finds it in herself to realise she is being a selfish dick and take them down.
But for now, I am at a loss and pretty much hopeless.
We've had a lot of media shared for free sweet, it's not only financially crippling but it really hits you mentally, I always take it like a personal attack but the more positive way to look at it is their such a huge fan of your work they want to share it! They don't get their actions might be the reason you stop!
So head up girl and don't take it personally! YouTube will stop it eventually and now you'll just be more vigilant checking around for other media leaks! Xx
Thank you Lisa. I do feel like it's a personal attack. As if this person has a vendetta against me. I don't see it as flattery at all because it's so distressing. But I will definitely be more vigilant now.
I am just thankful that there are so many kind and considerate peole out there who are willing to help me. I appreciate it a hell of a lot.
I will continue to report the film she is posting and I hope it leads to a ban. But they can't post any of my topless/nude stuff.... I should ensure all of my films from now on have toplessness or nudity in
