One of the things I love about shaving foam is how it tingles in the best kind of way. Only after emptying can after can of expanding foam over my body do I allow myself to rub it over every curve of my body. Making sure the parts that will feel the most tingly get an extra helping of the foam. But it's only after I've made sure I am completely covered that I give in to the foam, collapsing into a fluffy puddle of pleasure. Of coarse the best way to get foam off is to shave it off.
Fantastic Foam session, you got some great overage and then had some more fun. I usually do 4-5 cans myself, just enough to get fully covered, but not have a clean up afterwards. Awesome.

I personally use about 3 to 4 cans to completely cover myself in foam and like you said it just has that right tingle in various places and also is a great lube when you are fully covered and feeling horny.
