Hey! Looking for information / reviews / recommendations about the SplatHQ site (https://splathq.com/index.php/splatetteshow/)
I've been aware of this site for many years and I'm aware they have a small area of their site dedicated to women (the Splatette Show). However, much like OnlyFans, everything, including previews are behind a paywall,
So it's difficult for me to gauge whether this site is worth signing up for.
I'm hoping you guys can answer some questions? I'm not interested in male wam but my gut feeling is these guys are 90% male 10% female content.
Have you been / are you a member of this site and what are your immediate thoughts about it.
How frequently are their female updates? How many female sets / videos are currently there, roughly?

Reading their site, you have to create a free account to see anything, presumably you then upgrade to some kind of payment to get the full scenes but (guessing) presumably the free account gets you the previews?

I subscribe to that site and I think it's really good if you like gameshow style gungings, although you have to create an account to access the site. Note it's free to create the account and you don't need to pay to access the previews. I don't really checkout the Splatette side of it, but you only need to create 1 account to access both of the Splat and Splattette videos. They currently have 17 Splatette videos, the Splat side has probably almost 100 videos. Once you create your free account again the previews are free, but you don't get to see a lot of the gungings that way. In order to watch them you have to buy the videos and most of their vids are around 16-17 pounds, or 22-23 US dollars and they usually have 5 tv style gameshow gungings per video and the videos are usually between 50-60 minutes long. They also have a paid subscription which they call their fan club, which includes the videos in 4k and some exclusive videos as well as early access. If you buy the pass to the fan club section you do get access to both the Splat and Splattette extra content.

Moderators can consider this thread closed, as this was a precise review. I didn't realise the membership was free, I'll certainly sign up if only for a look at what is available. i seem to remember a time when it was public and you could browse all the videos - back then there were a handful of female videos. It was maybe 5 years back, I guess the female content isn't all that regular.

I subscribed for the first time a few days ago. The free subscription is good for previews. Their gunge videos are fantastic but their website is extremely confusing. I couldn't figure it out and eventually just gave up. Apparently you get 2 videos a month included in your subscription but you have to buy other videos separate? Or you have to add another subscription to that subscription to watch more videos? The website does tend to focus on guys, and getting to the female part of the site and staying there is a bit of a maze.
Thankfully though it doesn't auto-renew every month so you don't have to worry about hunting down an unsubscribe button if you decide its not for you.
IMO you'd be better off skipping the subscription but buying the videos you want themselves. They're well worth the money, but the subscription website is kind of a headache.

I signed up for a free account to have a look round. Looking down the Splattette section at first I thought they were charging £16 each for just single gungings of girls in t-shirts and not much else, but eventually I twigged that you can click deeper for more information on each scene, and that in fact (as @dbl999 confirms) each scene is multiple gungings of the same girl, and they partially change their outfit each time. There is a horizontal row of images on each scene detail page that you can click through to see a full set of previews.
In the scene I was looking at, the lass starts out in a yellow t-shirt over what proves to be a Leohex black long-sleeve leotard. She gets gunged like that, then reappears with the t-shirt replaced by a short sleeve, short leg, spandex zip-front surfing swimsuit, over the already-wet Leohex leotard. She then gets gunged in that combination. Then she loses the surf suit and gets gunged in just the leotard, and then finally she puts on a purple t-shirt over the wet leotard, and gets a final gunging like that.
That's all inferred from the previews, I'm guessing the actual costume changes happen off-camera, and possibly with a wash-off (but not change) of the leotard between each scene, the descriptions are light on that kind of detail. The "get hosed down / showered in your leotard between gungings" would certainly fit with their claim to be based on TV shows, I remember years back reading an interview with someone who'd been on an ITV show that had a messy section followed by a "fall in the pool" one, and the lass being interviewed said between the two sections she and the other contestants were just taken out the back of the studio and hosed down, still fully dressed, with a fire hose, and then sent back in soaking wet to do the pool game, relying on the studio lights (and that the pool water was warm when they inevitably fell in) to warm them back up again.

I was wondering about how the videos were arranged. I saw the 2 videos included in this month's subscription and one of the girls already had soaking wet hair but had a dry T-shirt on. I wasn't sure if it was part of a series that was broken down into shorter videos because of length or if they were being marketed as separate sliming videos. I think I get it though

The 2 videos a month are from previous videos and are typically just single segments from those shows, sometimes they're from shows that are no longer available to buy for some reason or another. Really what the fan club is for is to get early access videos. Also the clean offs all happen off screen. After each segment the model cleans off some of the gunge in the tank and then goes into the bathroom, showers off and changes outfits while the tank is reloaded.

I have bought a couple of videos from these guys I including the one you describe.
On the one hand it's a bit more than I would want to pay for a download (that said I don't buy that much anyway) but on the other it's a very long video with lots going on - five gungings, multiple angles plus some outtakes/extended footage if you buy the larger package when a scene is first released.
Video quality is pretty good and all their scenes seem to have a good atmosphere to them.
At a glance some do look a bit same-y though they do bring out some nice lycra outfits sometimes and do some games based around the tank.
No doubt many of us would have ideas/preferences/suggestions but at the end of the day producers have to make what they want to make.
Indeed with the above the Leohex leotard was what caught my eye and I hope they do more like that!
There is no wash off footage - the camera only points at the tank.
Obviously it's all clothes and PG friendly material too. I was thinking it would be nice to see these guys on UMD though perhaps the PG nature of their work is a factor with that?
Lastly you can pay (lots of) money and have a go yourself! They sell session packages which again are very expensive though you get an edited video after so with that factored in it's maybe not so bad.

I do like their stuff. They have some really attractive models (my favourites being Alice, Belle and Hannah) and their gunge tank is good quality but it really bugs me that they release the shoots first for the premium members (that's fair enough) but still charge them nearly £20 on top of the £15 already paid to get the fan club pass, I would have thought they'd charge a little less for fan club members
