It's laundry day at the Hall, and the washing machines are unavailable, so Maude will have to wash everything, and herself, in warm soapy water!



Now in the Members Lounge at Langstonedale this set sees Maude, dressed in jeans with turn-ups, white t-shirt over a black bra, and Converse boots, washing gungey buckets, clothes, and boots.



We have a rule that those doing laundry must themselves be wet though, so before she starts she puts the running hose down her own jeans, front and back, and all over her t-shirt, until she's completely soaked.



Then she gets on with the washing, including lots of pouring water over herself, and sitting with her feet and lower legs in a tub of soapy water while she works.



Over forty minutes of wetlook fun with Maude having a whale of a time, in soaking wet clothes.

Thanks! We did this one because the laundry system was out of action and we'd a bunch of outfits we wanted to at least get the worst of the mess off, as it'd be a few days before they could be machine washed, but given how much fun Maude had doing it, we might well do more of these in future, and see what's the most inappropriate outfit for a washer-wench to wear. Smart business suit? Leather trousers? Wedding dress?


Saves water too!


I'm fairly sure she wasn't, Converse really go with bare feet, especially worn with a casual jeans outfit like that. And, a bit like wearing a swimsuit or bikini underneath clothes instead of ordinary underwear, being barefoot in sneakers is one of the things I've always encouraged as a kind of symbol of "I know I'm going to get wet and I'm embracing that", which to me is very, very sexy.

There are times when socks make sense, like Honeysuckle's "black sports shorts in the paddling pool" scene where she's wearing proper football socks, but then they are really visible and add to the outfit. This one though, sockless.
