The quick video edit right before the pie hits leads me to believe that a stand in took the pie. Her not saying a word or even uttering a sound after taking the pie tends to support that.
There was one of those parody movies like Scary Movie a couple years back that had the actress on an American Idol type show and she ended up taking a pie at the end of her routine. But on slow mo, you could clearly see that it was a stuntperson actually taking the pie. Of course this isn't like a huge deal by any means, but as someone that prefers famous people getting pied it is a pretty big letdown.
As the person who captured, edited and uploaded this clip. I can confirm that it's really her who takes the pie. Annoyingly, the day after I uploaded this, an alternate version aired where she said something after the pie hit.

Do you remember more about this movie or who the actress was?
The Casino clip is probably the same actress (admittedly with suspicious-looking editing). The reason is that the tendons in her neck are pretty distinctive both pre- and post-.
The clip from Dance Flick is totally a stunt double. The double's forehead is smaller and eyes are whiter.
No...you are deceived by the jump cut to a slightly wider angle just as the pie is thrown (we see the tin in the left corner of the screen....IF this was a 'double" it's the most look-alike double I've ever seen! ( stopped the vid just before the hit and the large tin blocks out her face -- it's the same actress, just with her eyes closed and a slightly wider view; we see enough aftermath to confirm this)...But, again, a double? I think not (not sure why you are insisting that it is)....A seasoned director will often shoot a slapstick scene ("money shot") with two cameras from slightly different angles (one closer up, one wider), in case one doesn't work well (for the gag or some other reason)...this looks like one of those occasions.
Still. Even when factoring in perspective, they look very different. Her headband-to-eyebrow distance is radically diminished in the second picture without any apparent change in the position of the headband, and the eye-to-eyebrow distance is radically different. The first model's jaw appears to be wider than the second's (and, though this isn't as relevant, the second has more rouge on her cheeks). The overall vibe of the second one is of an older person with a flatter wig.

The issue really doesn't matter and isn't worth talking about. We're only talking about it because you say things and then we don't agree with you about the things.

Yes. They will have shot the preamble several times without the pie making contact because its a point of no return. They wouldn't have the time or budget for a second take of the pie hit. The slight jump cut reframing the distance of the subject will hide the difference between two takes with only one camera.
Had to do the very same thing myself with a 'staged' intro shot to a scene made on a different day (to avoid 2 clean ups).
Rich: I think it's definitely an off-centered hit, but not completely bad....perhaps you should weigh in on whether you think it's a double (why would they use a double on a none famous actress anyways?)...but I wasn't being contrarian (note that you, Nein, have disagreed with me AND Rich, while I only disagree with you.
As for it "not mattering"...no fucking kidding? 99.99% of what's posted on this forum "doesn't matter"...but what does matter (with a small 'm') is the truth. All of the "differences" you note can be accounted for by a jump cut from a close up to a wide shot and the light differential resulting from this (or due to a second take, as Trouso pointed out). But you can believe what you want (for whatever bizarre or mistaken reasons).
