Shelly was kind enough to do a series of interesting & offbeat customs, and I'm now starting to roll them out for the public as Volume 133. You might remember the "comeuppance" clip where she loses her clothes and falls head-first into pies & chocolate pudding... But that was just a precursor to Shelly's new role as the world's messiest fitness instructor!

In all honesty, I'm not sure how she pulled this one off. Getting slimed and pied while doing squats is one thing... But pied and slimed during push-ups? AND sit-ups? That's something I really haven't seen in any other producer video before now.
And to her credit, Shelly keeps going no matter what! I'm pretty sure she did 30+ sit-ups while getting plastered over and over! (And yes, we did do the classic "pie push-up" from the Beastie Boys video...)
