We're back with another brand-new model.... with a twist! For those who think SlapstickStuff is all goofy & enthusiastic models having a blast with getting messy, well.... That's *mostly* true.
But then there's Riley. 5-foot-nothing, all-natural, nice curves, hot Goth girl vibes.... and dry as a martini. I leaned into that character for the skits, but even so, she's like Jasmine's "too cool for school" vibe mixed with "Gen Z model perpetually rolling her eyes at how old and stupid these slapstick guys are."

In the end, she *did* have fun with the scenes.... And took some truly excellent hits, particularly in the back half of each skit. (She also got fully nude, as you might've already noticed.) But it's definitely a different energy than our usual models.... Which might be less (or more!) to your liking. Already, I've noticed new customers coming out of the woodwork to buy her scenes, so that's encouraging!

Interesting. The vibe I got from her was she hated being there, hated doing it even more, and I honestly kept waiting for her to just walk off set. LOL. Volume 235 Taylor was dry, Riley seemed borderline sullen. So when you didn't change your process up the least, and pied and caked the shit out of her it was satisfying in a completely different way then usual. It was the first time I've watched any of your productions and wanted the model/personality to get pied because I felt they deserved it, LOL. Well, maybe volume 233 Danielley, but you held back a bit on her but boy you sure didn't on Riley .

I'm curious what her parting comments were and what she said that made you conclude she actually had fun. I will say if any readers enjoy comeuppance-type wam this will probably be right up their alley.

She is a cutie. Great cake coverage.

Haha, I definitely understand that impression.
In fact, I sat on this one for a while (we shot it last autumn I think) because my memory was that she was difficult to work with and the final result wasn't very good.

But in doing the editing, I realized that a lot of the shoot was actually quite good--particularly the pies, which she took like a champ--and her kinda flat delivery and general "I'm ready to leave" vibe might actually ADD to the scene for some? Because you're right, you DO feel like she "deserved it" in some way.... As opposed to, say, Lumen, who's so sweet and loveable that she can't even FAKE being a mean person.

FTR Riley's "sullen vibe" is just her default. She really is a cynical Gen-Z'er and if she smiles occasionally, that means she likes it. Afterwards, I asked if she hated the shoot, and she was all, "Oh no! It was just different. I'd definitely come back!" But of course, her delivery made it sound like she hated every second!

Also, in terms of models "deserving it," Danielley was truly a nightmare to work with, and her 5 million followers on IG just proves that social media isn't real life. SS264 Bella was also a straight-up diva too, and THAT remains a satisfying shoot to watch for many reasons. Riley wasn't even close to those two, never really complained beyond asking me not to use water in Scene 2 and some wiping issues.
(SS235 Taylor was super dry but I genuinely loved her vibe.... Very much "hot girl who somehow stumbled into getting destroyed with mess but rolling with it." We've honestly been planning a follow-up for years now, but surprise! Her communication skills are terrible! Gen Z, man....)

Ok, so mathematically speaking, if her character in the skit didn't like it, and she was acting, and she did in fact like it, that means irrefutably, invariably, incontrovertibly, she is one of us, right? It's science.

I kid.

I do hope this scene is selling well for you. It's different than your usual vibe for sure but Riley is smokin. (And did I mention the red bikini? Damn. My last memory of a Slapstickstuff red bikini scene is Taylor's first solo outing and before that...is that it? I'm recalling pink but not much straight red aside from some Bre slingshot scenes.)

Human interest question: On the subject of shooting last fall and releasing now, how long do you generally sit on a release? I feel like pre pandemic I remember you saying it might be a year or so, but I gotta imagine the Covid years depleted the backlog.

Her bikini video is really good, she's mesmerizing.
But it could have been even better if she looked at the camera instead of looking to the side. I feel like some of the amazing hits at the beginning could have resulted in better moments if she wasn't looking to the side after taking the pie.
I hope there'll be another video of her in a bikini in the future, but this time with her looking at the camera the entire time.

Ok, this just super increased the value of those scenes to me. I rewatched them and I now believe she is just sort of a peculiar person. She's not sighing or rolling her eyes. I now consider her reactions just odd and slightly charming. As an aside, I don't know that it's possible for her to look less like a "Riley" then she does. She needs to be a Saffron or Zora or some shit.

You've mentioned before that something you're into but don't really do is a huge vat of goo to stick their whole head in (something like that). If you do happen to work with her again maybe finally work that in (if I have that whole set-up wrong, my bad).

As far as the Danielley and Bella situations were they cases where you had to really convince them to do it and they regretted it or do they just approach all of life in general in an unlikable and entitled manner?

It just depends. This was probably the longest I've sat on one in a while. Usually if it's a new model, I'll release the scenes pretty quick. If it's a returning model or I have a LOT of her scenes, I space them out more.
One of my friggin' favorite models of recent memory is coming with some new scenes, although technically I've been sitting on them for a bit... But we shot SO much during our initial shoot, I wanted to break them up.


Yep, that's the beginner jitters, and also she would finish every line then IMMEDIATELY look off to the side at me. That was hard to edit around!
Not sure she's gonna come back, I felt like she was clearly a one-and-done, but I like the response to her! She's definitely a stylistic change for me.

I do use the Bowl of Glop sometimes, but I feel like she would've done a REALLY half-assed job with that.


Danielley was super into doing it, then like a day before the shoot she started giving off a bad attitude, to the point where I would've just called it off if she'd been local. As it was, my intuition was right. At least she was cheap! (Insanely cheap, considering what IG models with even 100K followers want now!)

Bella is SUPER entitled even tho she doesn't think she is. She actually rescheduled/cancelled twice, but then SHE was the one who reached out actively wanting to shoot.... and booked the flight herself, so I figured if she flaked a third time, she'd eat the cost.

I guarantee there are some women with tons of IG/TikTok followers who would be great at WAM (in theory), but the nature of "influencer" celebrity means it's insanely expensive to bring them in, and often their entire vibe/attitude just doesn't work for the shoot. Never say never, but I haven't bothered with them in years.
