Just because we typically only hear the negative on service issues I wanted to post a shout for Messygirl's professionalism.

We were supposed to do a video, paid per usual once all the agreements were made. Due to unforeseen circumstances, and after a number of emails back and forth to try and find a way to make the video happen, it just didn't seem doable.

Refund was sent without hassle or issue-- bummer we couldn't get the video done, but I really appreciate how this was handled on their end. Thanks again guys.

Mr. and Mrs. MG are great people..I had the pleasure of meeting them in person several years ago!
