That's Kentucky Ball Clay, sometimes referred to as OM-4.
It's great for WAM scenes because it sticks/coats really well (high plasticity). Not really so good for submersions though, since it tends to thicken a lot deeper down.
But really, a great all-around pottery clay for fun time.
