Hi all..

I've been into sploshing for years and years and have never had the chance to treat myself to a proper messy session.

Due to a recent injury I've decided to cheer myself up and book a session with someone... I'm in the midlands so with who, I don't really know... Any recommendations for a nervous first time sessioner??

Also I'm into gunge and food (sweet and savoury) but don't know whether to just go first time and try some gunge or go all out on the first go and book for all and sundry... What do you suggest..? Should I ease myself in?
