how do i go about it ? like setting up a store etc.

& how do I prove I am over 18 ? i have not got driving licence or passport.

Go to your inbox page. On the left, there's a "My Scenes" section, and you'll want to click on store setup. From there, click on Add a new store, and follow the directions.
