I might have asked this question before, but here I go again:

Years ago, maybe as long a a decade, I found a great messy music video. Solo male singer, no band or anything in the video. Maybe Japanese or possibly Korean, but I think the former. Starts out singing while riding in a train, then he's in a fairly barren cafe with a prominent jukebox. Suddenly there's paint everywhere, especially all over him. Very messy, very cute guy. More of a slow pop song than rock, from what I recall. The song was in the native language. Ring any bells? It's not "Kenta Paints - Fleeting Diaries Part 3" (a great video for fans of men covered in paint!). Gracias in advance!
