A few years ago I'd downloaded but subsequently lost (faulty external drive) a great music video by a male Japanese pop singer. The video starts with the singer on a train, in a pensive mood, but then he's suddenly in a cafe/bar singing the rest of the song. While he's in the bar he gets covered in paint, which is obviously the high point. The singer is probably in his twenties, and no one else appears in the video.

I'd love to get a copy of this video again, but I don't have much more to go on in order to find a copy. However, I know it's not "Kenta Paints - Fleeting Diaries Part 3," since I still have a copy of that one. Anyone have any clue as to name of the song/singer, or better still have a copy?
