I think it's the scene after cake platter, but I've not got it on hard drive, so I'm just going off the end of the cake platter video. As you can see in the captured image, she isn't as messy as in your photo. No custard or cream yet, but the video is saying the next video will have that, so it's reasonable to assume that is where your photo is from.
The fact you've found the photo with the messyangel logo suggests it should have been released at some point, but I don't think it has been on the members site. If it had, I'd have downloaded it. Perhaps it never got beyond the promotion stage or edited. I think there must some unreleased gold in the messy angel vaults.
Cake platter was from around 2013, so 8 years old. Will part 2 even exist? Probably best messaging Miss T to find out. I'd like to see it too.
