Not 100% sure but based on the size and styling, looks like possibly an early Wambabes photoset (back when people took pictures of models)

Again, not certain, but might help narrow it down.

The model is Janey Web and I think the content was through her own site, now defunct.

I remember someone asking about this set a few years ago and I found that original post. It's worth following the link below because there are some photos, and I think that will have to do you. I don't think the full set is out there for sale anymore. Searching for Janey Web brings up a few clean pics, but mostly it's the usual sites full of videos.
