it saddens me to report this, however i got the original contact details for 'kaylalouise' via the Messy Sessions website
There was a number of forward and back emails to set up a meet but initially set up a paid skype session.
A Fee of £70 was agreed for a date and time. This was paid with bacs which is very hard but not impossible to dispute. I work in online legal/bank services.
However 'Kayla' did not show up at the agreed date and time on skype, neither did they reach out to me to tell me there was any issue.
I had to send a number of emails to get a reply only for them to deny that they had missed the the booking and that they cannot refund me for a 'service they are willing to provide'
I have said as i have lost all trust in the user i require my funds to be immediately refunded and i will not take further action from my side however they maintain they still can provide the service.
I will take further steps to recover my money and have no interest in completing any further transaction with 'Kayla'
This is a warning of my experience with this user, who used to have a profile on UMD.net as well as being listed as a service provider on the Messy Sessions website.
No surprise here - there has been no further comms from 'kaylalouise' to resolve this matter.
It was very simple, just transfer my money back to my bank account otherwise i would have to seek further action.
It is a very clear indication - you cannot trust this user in any capacity from my experience. Once they have your money, their motivation to reply to you is reduced 10 fold.
