With all the talk and hype these days about robots and AI....today i wake up with a series of images in my head: robots throwing pies at each other!
I am out of the video biz currently, but I think it would be hilarious to see a robot pie fight staged (ala 'In the Sweet Pie & Pie')...imagine a 'Curley-bot' doing the famous 'multiple pie hits then self pie' gag or the 'He forgot to duck' gag with a Larry-bot & Moe-bot (hey, 'Moebot' !)...and so many more!
It could be an all-time great viral vid (but someone has probably already done it...i was too afraid to search for it on YT...it's my idea, damn it!)...could be the funniest pie fight parody* since the 'Lancelot Link: Secret Chimp' all-chimp pie fight form the 1970's kids series. It could feature 'retro' robots, too...like Robot from 'Lost in Space'.

*Of course, there was the well-done 'In Living Color' cocaine fight (pie fight) parody back in the (?) late 80s...but that was sans pies.
I, for one, am certainly looking forward to the automation of WAM as accelerationism grips late stage capitalism (truly, no worker is safe). Might wanna copyright that idea before fuckin Amazon sink their teeth into this shit.

The whole AI triple pie scenes I wrote and shot with Jayce were actually based on an updated version of Soupy Sales and White Fang. Would kids today believe a big dog was tossing pastry? (make that rhetorical)
So, instead White Fang became AI Audrey. And it allows for limitless possibilities with Jayce solo or with other "models." The schtick changes constantly which keeps it and the pies from getting stale..........I hope.
Didn't you always want the female guest stars to get pied and yet it very seldom happened....right? Hopefully, we can "fix" that.
A new pie wave has begun!
Ok, i'm overdoing it a bit...but you get the idea.
The way the sex doll industry is aiming at more and more realism - including AI - it probably won't be long before we'll see walking, talking sex dolls that could be programmed to throw pies. (and react realistically when hit in the face with one)
The first wave of such dolls has been aimed at creating life-like faces and bodies and developing a more natural 'skin' than the older silicone dolls had. The next challenge will be to replace the jointed metal skeleton with one that includes motors and electronics, so that it may be programmed to move. Five more years ought to do it, but it will be expensive.
...ahh, but in fact, many do and will bond with their 'sex bots' (known as 'AI companions')...especially 'incels' (not to open a can of woims)...
I had a feeling this post was going to go a bit off-track...I was mostly caught up with the visual of robots 9adn only robots) engaging in a pie fight (as a simulacrum of a 'real' pie fight)...the idea struck me as hilarious (upon waking up, anyway). Throw some 'sexy' outfits on a few (French maid uniforms on a robot, anyone?)...and you've got comedy gold.
